Challenge:: First Federal offers a variety of banking products that KJA promotes through print and interactive media. A tv and radio campaign was needed to expand upon their core message, “Think First”, and express their philosophy behind First Federal being a local bank.

Solution:: KJA produced a series of tv and radio commercials that featured First Federal’s wide product mix (loans, checking, e-vantage, etc.) . By emphasizing convenience and efficient banking processes, First First Federal was able to effectively communicate its awareness of customer needs. Local employees were used in each shot to reinforce the bank’s service commitment and investment to the local communities.
