Challenge :: Natchitoches and Sabine Parishes received a grant to produce 10,000 interactive retirement incentive CD’s in a resealable self mailer jacket. KJA was approached to fulfill the requirements of the grant in a timely manner.
 
Solution :: Initially KJA gathered content resources, supporting video and photography.  Storyboards were then developed to describe interactivity, show all content in context of the page structure, along with voiceover scripts. Upon approval of the storyboards, graphics were developed to support the content and structure specified. Once all design elements were approved, voiceover was professionally recorded in a studio environment and converted into files suitable for programming an interactive CD. The pieces were then assembled and interactivity programmed in Director. KJA then designed the print elements including the CD silkscreen and the mailer. All elements were sent for manufacturing. KJA managed the manufacturing process by providing all intellectual property forms, runtime distribution agreements and all levels of the proofing process until final delivery of the product.
