Challenge :: The town of Franklinton lies 61 miles north of New Orleans. Following Hurricane Katrina, the area began to grow. The Foundation looked to capitalize on this residential shift north, but saw competition from its regional neighbors. They came to KJA looking to differentiate themselves from surrounding towns and draw both residential and commercial interests.

Solution :: As the basis for a number of pieces, the logo reflects the Foundation's desire to increase awareness and interest in the area. It also subtly represents the nature of a parish whose residents enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting and tubing.
