Challenge :: For the past two decades, KJA has worked with Southern Farm Bureau to provide their sales force with consistent, strong, accurate advertising messages. During that time, the shape and form has evolved and expanded to meet the agent's growing needs. The process needs to be simple and straightforward, making the agent's job of selecting, preparing and placing media less of a chore.
Solution :: KJA's proprietary software now allows The Southern Farm Bureau Insurance Advertising Toolkit to exist online. Our intimate knowledge of the Farm Bureau advertising process enabled us to consider the steps and determine where these steps could be handled more easily, and where steps could even be eliminated.
With the click of a mouse, agents have what's needed at their digital fingertips: approach letters, print ads, billboards, banners, radio scripts, TV commercials, even phone-on-hold messages. From the Toolkit they can easily view, select, customize with their information and print or email ads anywhere with minimal hassle. And so agents can maintain an online presence, agent websites are available. This Toolkit system also allows Farm Bureau to alter or add materials almost instantly.
