Challenge :: Develop a site that could be easily updated by the different entities involved in promotion of Red River Parish. Allow visitors to quickly find information pertaining to recreation, lodging, dining and shopping in the region. Have an area to display upcoming events throughout the parish.

Solution :: KJA developed a website utilizing the backend of our Content Management System along with Adobe Flash and custom data-driven modules. Databases were developed to hold content for the various categories, Explore, Lodging, Shopping, Water Sports and Food. Admin pages were developed to allow designated individuals, throughout the parish, to easily upload images and add content to be dynamically displayed on the relevant pages. A custom calendar of events was programmed to account for the festivals and various activities in the parish. The “Quick View Attractions” animation was developed in Flash, with update capabilities, allowing the parish to display 5 featured attractions on the homepage and edit them as needed.
